  • do understand that i have a chronic pain condition irl, and am currently recovering from cancer. This means that I cannot sit at the computer for marathon RP sessions. I'm good for three, maybe four hours at a time, then I NEED a break to stretch and lay flat for a while, usually anywhere from 15 mins to an hour.

quick summary born to a smaller off-shoot of the Antelope tribe deep in the sagolii desert, a'sedai's life was relatively peaceful until a raiding tribe took them over by force. a'targos, the nunh, ruled with a cruel and iron fist and eventually, after enduring over eight turns and what she thought was the death of her lover, sedai challenged him out of desperation. she slew him in one on one combat - but in doing so, completely destabilized her tribe. her family fled to the ends of the star when the tribe could not recover and she landed in Ul'dah, where she now runs a freelance, one-woman courier service.

quick summary when a flight of drakes burned down his parent's farm and incinerated both of them, gunnar was shunted off to the mercy of saint reinette's orphanage. rather than commit himself to the holy see when he came of age, he instead enlisted in the infantry under the command of the temple knights. when he lost his arm, he was dismissed from service with honors, and eventually took up an apprenticeship to a blacksmith, who left everything to him when he succumbed to old age. while he still works the forge, gunnar also owns the last drop, a dive bar in the brume, where only the less fortunate are welcome.
